Melissa was very helpful with Paris tips and recommendations. Easy communication and checking in/out was smooth. We will definitely return to Paris and stay here if it's available. ”

“Room didn’t look like the pictures and the air conditioning made horrifically loud noises in the middle of the night that kept us awake. Also, very unsecured building clearly as my wife was accosted with someone demanding entry to the unit, even blocking the door from closing. Wrecked our trip entirely. Management attempted to help but in the end, deflected. Fair enough, offered to move us but two days later and exhausted, made no sense. Won’t go back ”
