“Self check in, no service at all. There are not facial tissues provided, no reply from the owner. The apartment is clean and tidy, close to Seoul station. Valuable price.”

“Check in was super easy, and no keys were involved (everything was done by a number pad) so it was very convenient throughout our stay. Jean was very responsive to my messages, and was quick to respond. The apartment had everything we needed, and I really liked the view from the balcony. The best part was the location; it was in between Hongdae Stn and Sinchon Stn so we could walk to either areas very easily. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby too! Oh, and the bed was super comfy, and...

“Great location to go around. It was easy to communicate with the host.”

“The apartment has a great view and a convenient location. The space itself was comfortable and met our needs during our stay. However, the overall experience felt more restrictive than welcoming. There were numerous reminders and rules throughout the stay, including multiple messages before check-out regarding cleaning, utility usage, garbage disposal, departure procedures, and even reminders to remain silent when leaving the building. We were told that if the utility bill was high, we could be...

“Owner was very communicative and friendly, made the overall experience very nice 👍”

“The manager was very thoughtful and attentive to every detail. The room was not very large, but it was just the right size for a solo traveler. I was told that the noise from the trains might be noticeable, but it didn’t bother me at all. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay!”

“Very convenient. location. Host communication is amazing and very reponsive.”

“This was an excellent month-long stay for my sister and I while we attended a language school. It had every amenity we needed and was located just a few minutes’ walk from the lively parts of Hongdae. The host was very receptive and quick with communication, providing extra materials when needed and offering help for things like the AC. Further, this was an excellent deal for the location and space—I highly recommend!!”

“The place is neat. It’s a bachelor’s suite so it’s suitable for couple or two person. We booked this place for a family of 3 and the owner Jae bought an extra floor mattress for my son to use the day after we arrived. He replies quickly to my questions. Subway is just in front of the building. Just a few minutes walk to the bus stop and airport bus stop. Convenient store (7-11) in the same building and more just behind the building like CU & others. Lots of restaurants and fast foods around. No...

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay and can highly recommend this place! The communication with the host was perfect from start to finish…always friendly, quick, and incredibly helpful. We received so many great recommendations for places to visit and local spots, which made our trip even more special. The apartment itself was exactly as described: very clean, beautifully prepared, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed.Everything went smoothly, and we felt very comfortable throughout...
