“the location is close to a subway station, that is a bit far from any tourist spots and the city-centre, either Jongno/Myeongdong or Gangnam. for sure this hotel is a 'love-hotel' for locals , rather than tourists. Staffs were absolutely unprofessional and during my 3-day stay, my room was never cleaned and staffs were absent at the reception”

“立地や客室の清潔さ、無料でカップラーメンやコーヒースペースを利用できる点は文句ないし。 Google TVも部屋にあって疲れた時にネトフリ見たりできるのもGOOD。 唯一、下水道の匂いが上がってくる事があるので改善を期待したい。”

“Other than having a hard time finding the hotel. Need to find the elevator tucked into the building. This was an AMAZING place to stay for my family of 5. The city suite was spacious and allowed my kids to have a separate room and living room area to hang out. Laundry service was such a huge perk that we really needed. Would highly recommend this hotel.”

“The first room we booked smelled like sewage, but credit to the front desk for giving us a replacement right away without any trouble. However the replacement room had oddities such as a hard photo album of a previous guest under the bedsheets, which makes you wonder the last time the room had been cleaned. Came away from that room with small bites/rashes on my skin and legs. Which, to be fair, my fiancé did not catch (she slept in a different bed). Overall the service was good but the hotel...
