“Fantastic neighborhood - walking distance to a number of metro lines as well as the canal. Vibrant area, great tiny apartment built for one or two, top floor of a safe building with elevator. Minimal in size but lots of amenities. Owner was very kind and quick with communication. We had a lovely stay even in the heat of summer.”

The flat was a unique two-bedroom flat (beds and bedding were warm and cozy) in a fantastic area, metro station a minute’s walk, nice restaurants and shops in the area. Helpful instructions for turning heat on, nice shower with shower gel and shampoo provided. Check out instructions clear and not onerous. “So many issues with this booking. First of all the keys. The key locker is a block away- fine, but the owners/property managers have not set up the locker correctly. What should be easy - they give you a code (ahead of time please) and the key lock should pop open. They have complicated the issue by making YOU connect to an app (this is for the OWNER - clearly they don't know how to use the system) where you are supposed to leave a Credit card etc. SO MANY ISSUES WITH THIS PROCESS.
