“Wonderful accommodations. Very spacious. Close to parks, restaurants, bus services. It would have been useful to have operating instructions for some of the appliances. The dryer kept giving an error code and we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the towel warmer!”

“wohnung war okay, sauber aber nicht wirklich grundgereinigt, duschwasser lief nicht richtig ab. schlafzimmer waren sehr gut. verkehrssituation war aufgrund einer offenbar lange dauernden Baustelle sehr schwierig.Parkplatz mit Glück auf einer entfernten neben- strasse. Baustelle bereits seit september 2024, hinweis darauf fehlte gänzlich.”

“Wir haben drei Nächte mit fünf Personen in der Unterkunft gebucht und sie extra deswegen ausgesucht, weil sie über drei Betten verfügt und nicht wie fast alle anderen Unterkünfte über zwei Betten und ein zusätzliches Schlafsofa.Beim Betreten der Wohnung ist sofort ein feuchter Geruch aufgefallen. Leider haben wir dann in einem der beiden Schlafräume auch neben diversen Feuchtigkeitsflecken sofort schwarzen Schimmel entdeckt. Die Griffe der Fenster waren abmontiert, sodass man nicht mal lüften...

Schnee vor der Tür und drinnen schön warm, so schön kann Winter in Berlin sein. The entrance to the building is right beside a bar with guys drinking a lot.
