“Very good place, close to everything, at the same time calm and very cosy. Very comfortable bed and mattress, also you have everything you need there - small fridge, plates, glasses, cooking staff. Because of the open space at the second floor would recommend it for families or couples”

We were concerned of the guests upstairs accessing our apartment. Owner was responsive and gave us clarity, however these conditions weren't disclosed when we rented the space. “wohnung war okay, sauber aber nicht wirklich grundgereinigt, duschwasser lief nicht richtig ab. schlafzimmer waren sehr gut. verkehrssituation war aufgrund einer offenbar lange dauernden Baustelle sehr schwierig.Parkplatz mit Glück auf einer entfernten neben- strasse. Baustelle bereits seit september 2024, hinweis darauf fehlte gänzlich.”

Schnee vor der Tür und drinnen schön warm, so schön kann Winter in Berlin sein.
