“The property was run down and needs updating. The master bed was on a bare box spring in a metal frame that stuck out and gouged my husband. The skiing access wasn’t as convenient as advertised. At checkout we were instructed to take all of our garbage to the end of the street to put in bins that were nowhere to be found, so we had to take it with us.”

“We were generally very happy with everything. The only disappointment for several people was that the water filter / ice maker on the fridge wasn't working. I would highly recommend this one. ”

“Older property. But clean. Very reasonable prices. Easy access to all shopping and eateries.”

“Pool was okay. Never had to remove hot tub cover ever in all my years at hotels and asked to place it back. Small a/c wall unit hard to get to and noisy all night room was very hot and took a long time to cool down. Need a remote or replace. Also continental breakfast was pathetic other Econo lodges like in Kelowna much better.”

“A newly renovated hotel in the heart of Lumby. Check in was easy. Used actual keys for the door. Rooms were large. Had fridge, stove, oven and microwave. Located on main street across from a large grocery store. Half a block from an amazing little coffee shop called Jitter Beans. Hotel was well priced. I would totally stay here again.”

“The room clean and had been upgraded. Bed was very comfortable. The only bad thing was some of the guest staying there looked to be long time guests and were not very courteous to people trying to sleep. Lots of loud visiting outside my door late at night. It's a shame as it would have been a perfect stay.”
