The place urgently needs renovation for the following reasons: • The furniture is old and dirty, making the space feel neglected. • The kitchen was in terrible condition, with dirty utensils and pots. • The bed linen was in poor condition and not comfortable. • We never had Wi-Fi access, even though it was advertised. • The living room carpet was extremely...

“We chose the Pullman over a couple of other hotels near the airport because we wanted it to be a very special experience, aligned with our trip to Japan the next day. The hotel fell short of our expectations due to the fact it is now looking a bit rundown, which was quite disappointing...faded carpet; scratched furniture etc”

“Good location in a quiet area with free bus to city center just outside the door. Nice staff and clean room.”

Ask for a lower floor room if this would cause you an issue”

“Stay here when in Brisbane visiting relatives. Always convenient”
