“We lived our stay here with our family. We were here for a volleyball tournament at the McCormick and it was a fairly easy drive over, also easy for our day visiting the Shedd and shopping. It was clean and had everything we needed. There is a garage to park in but parking on the street was easy without issue. We definitely hope to stay here again if we are back in the future. The outdoor space is great as well, the kids loved sitting in the hammock. ”

It is spacious for a one bedroom with a decent sized kitchen, a dining room table and a cozy living room area with a smart TV that allowed us to log in to all our different streaming services. The king-sized bed is quite comfortable. The apartment is in an older building with cast iron heaters, so if you aren't used to those, be warned they can be noisy, but they do keep the apartment toasty warm in the winter.The location is excellent. “Some friends and I recently stayed here to attend our college reunion at The University of Chicago. We were impressed by the size and cleanliness of the apartment. The location was excellent for the UofC reunion, and the five of us were very comfortable staying there. It is close to shops and public transportation, as well as other offerings in Hyde Park and Chicago. We were able to find parking on the street in front of the apartment. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!”
