“Thank you to the staffs in Komune Living and Wellness. I have spent 9 days there and I had a good day. Our room was facing the park and sunrise. We had good view every morning and it energized us. The most advantages I have to say for staying there is the free parking and the available parking lots in that hotel. There is a 7 eleven just beside the hotel, make thing really convenient for us. The laundry room is also a big advantage so we can wash the cloths and the laundry room is clean too. I...

“Room are constantly humid since almost all lack any window at all. The shower/toilet is just a glass partition inside the bedroom and it never drys. Your clothes, linen and luggage absorb the moisture and get wet. Management had no solution and refused cancellation. After strong words and 3 days, allowed upgrade to one of the few rooms with window. The “wonderful” reviews posted seem clearly fake. Cleaning staff made a great effort to make the room livable”

“Check in process was terrible. The Property was supposed to send me my room number and check-in information prior to my arrival and they never did. I arrived around 11:30 PM to the property and there was nobody at the front desk to check me in. I had to rent a hotel room for the night till they staff at this property. We’re back at the Front Desk around 11 AM next morning. This was a huge inconvenience and a lot of money.”

“Must improve”

“Very efficient host, easy to communicate and fast to respond even though my booking was a last minute deal.”

“Appartement propre mais aménagé de façon très basique, bien pour quelques jours. Très bien situé dans une résidence connectée aux transports en commun et au dessus d'un centre commercial.”

“A reasonably okay place at a great location near multiple malls. Well equipped with washing machines and sometimes a dryer, there were definitely as many conveniences as there were inconveniences. There was low communication from the host, and while I can understand their business, my group was definitely under-equipped heading into our stay. The elevators were also under maintenance at the time and were not the easiest to use. It was moderately clean, but not the cleanest. Not a bad place, but...

“In the living room there was a on the ground sofa bed which was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The apartment was clean and it had a good view. ”

“This property is located in a convenient place with a MRT station nearby and a shopping centre below. However, the management team really needs some improvements to make this place more welcoming to the guests. When we checked in, we found there were multiple issues with the unit: 1) the washer machine was actually very hard to reach -- it was placed outside with a giant AC over the head; 2) the AC did not work well -- it might need some basic maintenances; 3) the housing keeping staff did not...

“チェックインのためのQ Rコードを事前に発行してくれればスムーズにチェックインできた。 WhatsAppにメールを送信してQ Rコードを事前に発行してもらう。ということを必ずわかるように記載して欲しかった。 現地でチェックインできず、カスタマーサービスに連絡して発行手続きに1時間半くらいかかった。”
