“Primero me dieron una habitación con una sola cama y había reservado doble, me cambiaron de habitación y me dieron una que ya estaba ocupada, después me dieron ya la habitación correcta pero estaba en Pésimas condiciones, la puerta rota y pegada con cinta adhesiva, las sábanas rotas, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, las cortinas rotas, hoyos en la pared y para colmo me hicieron un cargo extra de 200 dlls.”
