“We’ve stayed twice on an annual trip to Red Rocks for the Avett Brothers shows. It’s a clean, well-maintained house that’s just an easy 15-minute drive from Red Rocks Amphitheatre. It’s also within walking distance from all that downtown Golden has to offer. And the evening view from the private outdoor patio is outstanding. Communication with the host, Jennifer, is seamless and accommodating. 5 Stars!”

“This is a great space for the spouse and I to crash at while visiting my parents in the neighborhood. It is quiet and comfortable and you feel like you do have your own little house in Denver. It is easy on and off the interstate but also close to downtown and so much that goes on in the area. Plus plus plus! It is dog friendly. ”

“We had a very nice time during our stay at the Treehouse! The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there. “We chose this property because of its close proximity to Denver University and Pearl Street. DU is just a 5 minute drive and Pearl Street is a two block walk. We really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood is. We had a complication on check-in but Listy was immediately in touch with us and the contractor to ensure it was resolved by the time we had dinner. I would recommend this property for active adults.”

“My daughter and I stayed in this basement apartment for over a week in the summer. It was nice and cool. Almost too cool at some points but just the right amount of cool at other moments. Very clean and the family above is quiet and very friendly. The apartment is huge. Lots of space. The beds are super comfortable. They are big and firm and not warped on one side or on the edges. These are nice mattresses. Just watch out for the bed frame in the first bedroom. I stubbed my shins on it more...
