“I booked this property for my family of 6 as a gathering space for my son's graduation from the University of Denver. I was hesitant to finalize the booking at first, as this home is new to VRBO and there were no reviews to help me navigate my decision. This turned out to be the perfect stay! Not only is the property conveniently positioned (blocks away from grocery stores, restaurants, and a few minutes' drive to DU), but it is well-appointed with everything we needed during our weekend. “Muy lindo hotel ”

“This is a complete fraud. No hotel. Nothing as pictured. You will not even find”

“Very dirty bathroom was nasty no elevator so you have to go up stairs no balcony so you have to go down stairs to get fresh air”

“Cómodo, bien situado y tranquilo. La dueña muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar. ”

“Had to walk thru backyard with lots of trash and debris and dog poop right by our suite. Weeds and boards cluttered the narrow walkway. No lighting to lead the way back there. Hose was left on so we turned it off. Suite was too hot. Mini split AC could not keep it cool enough in there for a 100F degree day. All else was good.”

“Everything was as described, clean and neat! ”

“Good location”

“Everything was just as advertised super chill and super awesome little place to stay close to DIA and public transportation. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Great clean place and quiet neighborhood. Excellent accomodations and great space. Would definitely stay again!”

“The unit was exactly as described, we enjoyed our stay!Upon arrival, we easily found how to access through the garage. “Gannon’s place is in the cutest little neighborhood and his house was perfect for my fiancé and I! Very clean and cute!”

“Met all of our needs for a quick stay.”

“My family and I had a great stay. The property was very clean and a great location for our needs to move our daughter into CSM. Close to the grocery store and downtown Golden as well. The owners were very responsive and helpful. My daughter fell in love with the heated floors and blue tooth speaker in the bathroom which she utilized when she took a shower. My wife and I will be staying again when we come visit.”
