“The carriage house was wonderful. Amy was so communicative and helpful and the property is gorgeous all around. Great quiet neighborhood and easy access to downtown. A great stay! ”

“The kitchen had plenty of space for cooking and food prep. We could have used a better skillet, but we made do with what was available. The home was cute and cozy, with great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host and locals in the area were kind and helpful. We also loved the option of the wine available for purchase in the house. We would definitely stay here next time we attend Grand Nationals if possible.”

“The unit itself was good and as expected. Would be really nice if they had a water filter there though. Definitely bring drinking water with you. The hallways on the floor smelled of vomit. I didn’t find the gym in order to review that. Parking is fairly accessible, and its in a great walkable location”

“The amenities here were the best part of my stay--it was a gamer's paradise! Opportunities for improvement include fixing the bed frame, and providing better information on where to find the gym and theater. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I highly recommend it for families.”
