“It was a pleasure staying here. It was a two-week stay, and I felt right at home. The neighbors were very friendly—the only exception was one day that got a bit out of hand; I apologize for that. 100% recommended; I would definitely book it again.”

“This is the second time I've stayed with these folks. I'm already coming back next year and planning to stay here as well. I guess that tells you how much I like this place. It's wonderful”

“The home was great, clean, and felt comfortable! There was a 500 security deposit and contract that was shared in addition to VRBO which I didn’t expect but full transparency I might have overlooked this when I read the property description. The deposit and contract was an easy step/process.”

“The house was perfect for our family! It is close to a ton of restaurants/activities but still has the comfort of a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We will definitely stay here during our next trip to Indianapolis.”

“Clean comfortable older apartment . One bed no couch . It suited my needs perfectly. Close to down town via a car , über. Easy , clear almost instant communication with the owners when I had any questions . I hope to stay there again when I attend another convention here ”

“Austin, the owner, was responsive but no resolutions reached. The Alexa in the main living anrea and tv in the bed room as well as the circle lights on the Indy sign did not work our entire stay. I reached out to Austin several times to advise and way too many times for me to be on vacation. No resolution offered! The hall in the building and unit at the property are very Dark and could definitely more lighting. The unit was clean; kitchen functional nothing impressive. The shower in the...

“We truly enjoyed our stay here. We were in town for a tournament the took us to multiple cities but we also enjoyed coming back. The property itself is so beautiful inside. The tall ceilings and windows create a lovely space. I appreciate that they provided coffee so we didn’t have to rush to the store, although just about everything is in walking distance. Parking a a short walk but still very convenient. Communication with the hosts was also excellent. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Great property in a cool area of town, nice yard where you can sit and watch the action go by. Great for the dogs to have a little place to run around. Host was very helpful and easy to keep in touch with.”

“We had a good time at this property. It had everything we needed and the location was close to drive to all the places we wanted to go like the children’s museum and other downtown attractions. We were traveling with young kids and the second bedroom had a comfy twin bed and trundle and was dark with curtains. One thing I’ll mention is that the main bed had one of those egg crate toppers which I found to be uncomfortable. The main bedroom also only had gauzy light curtains so it was pretty...

“Absolutely amazing!! Would stay again!!”

“Clean”

“The place is fantastic. Made for a great getaway and vacation.”

“Cleaned and very comfortable. Quiet residential trip. Exterior is dated but masks an updated interior. Close to Butler”

“Easy check in. Clean. Definitely will try to get this place when I have to come back into Indy!”

“Steve and crew were wonderful hosts. The loft was super clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!”

“We paid extra for early check-in, tried to communicate before arriving to no response ,but when we arrived the cleaning crew was still there and said they hadn’t been told about it. I also confirmed off-street parking in advance, but it turned out to be street parking only. The upstairs shower pressure was below acceptable, and the cleaning crew even asked us to finish the laundry they’d started. The walls are dirty and have spots everywhere a new paint job is long overdue. The caulk is coming...

“Cute house! Easy to find once you realize that access is from the alley and not from Fletcher. Great location! Easy to walk to restaurants and Gainbridge Fieldhouse.”

“After a 9 hour trip we get to the address and the gate was difficult to find due to unclear directions and no markings on the fence to where the door was. Once we got into the unit its was viable clear that the Vrbo was not properly clean. Dead bugs on the carpet, molded coffee filter, water damage with mold spots in the bathroom and bedroom closet. Crusted/ rusty soap dispensers, dishes were unclean and left in oven ( in pictures). After seeing this we contacted the host. After a while without...
