“Great location to launch into downtown activities. Pleasant neighborhood for walks. Nicely equipped kitchen and convenient new washer/dryer. Roomy shower. Super comfy beds. “When we arrived at the home at 9 pm the thermostat read 82 degrees and the upstairs window units had not been turned on so it was at least 10 degrees warmer in the bedrooms upstairs. We set the thermostat to 70 and it said 2 hours to cool. After 4 hours the thermostat read 77 degrees downstairs. In the meantime we went upstairs and sat on the queen size bed which immediately fell to the floor revealing that the bed frame had been taped together showing the host already knew the bed needed to be...

“We paid extra for early check-in, tried to communicate before arriving to no response ,but when we arrived the cleaning crew was still there and said they hadn’t been told about it. I also confirmed off-street parking in advance, but it turned out to be street parking only. The upstairs shower pressure was below acceptable, and the cleaning crew even asked us to finish the laundry they’d started. The walls are dirty and have spots everywhere a new paint job is long overdue. The caulk is coming...

“Very convenient location… walkable to Lucas, to downtown Indy and many locations. Very comfortable stay. On the location, I would add in the description that the location is the carriage house and the access is via the alley. I would also add that the main living quarters is up stairs - in case there are people staying there with mobility issues. Otherwise this is a great location.
