“I like everything with the house”

“Great location and enjoyed hospitality of the owner. Would definitely revisit Lovely 16C pub nearby with excellent food.”

“Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented. “Great host! Apartment exactly as described, had a brilliant stay here!”

“This property and the people that run it is excellent. It is ideal for the single traveller or a couple who just require a comfortable base whilst touring the area and the rest of Norfolk. It is very pet friendly and the hosts are excellent, however it is not the easiest location to find in Feltwell, without sat nav. The property is immaculate and well maintained.”

“This is a great location for exploring Norfolk. We were only there one night but it was peaceful and accommodated all 3 of us with our dog. The owner was excellent with her communication but not at all intrusive. Nice touches like our own private garden with a BBQ where they kindly left some coals so we had the option to use it.”

“A bright, spacious, clean, comfortable & well situated/connected place to stay & travel to/from London & surrounding areas.Samuel was contactable & always responded promptly relaying any information required both courteously & professionally.”

“Great little place in Aldeburgh! The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The cottage is just as described - small but cozy and very fitting for the area. Aldeburgh is a lovely part of the world that everyone should visit.”

“A beautiful home, fabulous host and a great room. 10 mins drive to North Walsham for parkrun, 5 mins drive to the beach and a few minutes walk to a great cafe.”

“We stayed with family and friends to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. Everyone had an outstanding time. The children absolutely loved this house which had so much for them to do and enjoy. Would highly recommend.”

“Lovely stay! So many nice little touches - coffee milk etc. perfect for a long weekend! ”

“Joshua is a very friendly and helpful host. The house is beautifully furnished and has everything you need, although it’s worth noting that there’s only one bathroom.”
