“We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Plumstead. There were 6 of us on a mom and daughters’ trip and we had a ton of space to spread out. We loved the local area, especially the Plumstead Commons park, the Star pub and the Boba tea shop. A grocery is right down the hill. It’s a short walk to the train station that took us into London for sightseeing, but we were always happy to get out of the tourist area in the evening. All the locals we met were helpful and nice. “As a group travelling with kids for sports activities, we really appreciated this beautiful english house. Although the bedrooms can accommodate around 14 people, please note that the dining room table can seat around 8-9 people, as well as 2 at the bar. Very practical are the 3 wc-showers available and the 2 parking spaces in front of the house. The host was very helpful and the house corresponded perfectly to the description.”

“The home is narrow and TALL. Kitchen on the bottom, then living, bed/bath, bed/bath, outdoor patio…so 5 levels. This was great for giving a family with teens some separation and personal space. There were some water/drain issues, but host quickly sent over drain cleaner and a bottle of wine for our trouble. Stair flooring a bit worn, but I would Would definitely stay there again. ”

“I NEVER leave negative reviews but I feel as though this one calls for one. To start, in the property description(which I do have a screenshot of) it states, Piccadilly Circus is an 8min walk, London Eye 11min walk…Which is why I chose it. Completely FALSE!!! You cannot even make it to the train station in either of those times! It would take you nearly 2 hours to walk to either. 3 of the 3 toliets would not flush so we were afraid to use them. We were freezing my daughter tried to turn up...

“Host were WONDERFUL - place was a perfect location - quiet but only a 20 min walk to Tower Bridge and Tower of London - lots of shops and restaurants within a easy walking distance - again less then 5 mins to groceries, 15 mins to restaurants. Place was clean and well stocked. Host communicated extremely well. Wish we could go back tomorrow!!!”
