“Both sofa beds were broken. The mattresses were terrible, in a really bad condition. We had to sleep on the floor!!! When we noticed it, it was late and no one was available to help us. There was trash on the kitchen from previous customers and the entire apartment was very dirty. The only good thing was the location and the balcony. Other than that I would not recommend to stay at this hotel. When we claimed about the beds they refused to give us a refund for the inconvenience. See the pictures...
