“The front desk staff were amazing! Polite, friendly, efficient. The property itself seemed outdated, the carpet in the rooms felt "old", but overall felt clean and taken care of. For the price and a nights stay, it was sufficient. ”

“The location is in walking distance of many shops, activities and the Arnold ferry service which I highly recommended using if you are heading to Mackinac.The room was comfortable, linens were clean as was the bathroom. Do not rely on the breakfast. Coffee was hit and miss when available. Food items were minimal, prepackaged granola bars and muffins. It’s a shame the dining area was closed as this is a missed opportunity for the hotel. Remember this is right near the water so yes there are birds...
