“This was my first ever booking of a VRBO or any other property. I feel like the bar is set way too high now and I have so much to say that I don't even know where to start.While the pictures are good, getting there in person you will quickly see how special this place is. The property is secluded from the road by about 40' of dense tree line. Beautiful clean sand from the beach to the front door of the property. I am not sure when the place was renovated but the owner did a phenomenal job...

“Stayed here again and it was just as good as the first time. It was during a heat advisory so it was hot but that’s no one’s fault. I would advise if you come when it is really hot to bring your own fans. Only because the air was so warm we had an issue sleeping because there was no a/c only fans. We used 3 of our own fans with all the other fans on and it was still hard to sleep at night. We ended up leaving a day early due to it but that was 100% our choice and due to the weather. “Quiet, beautiful island. Enjoyed relaxing on the huge screened porch and adventuring around Bois Blanc Island. Home had everything we needed.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay! The cabin was the perfect size for our group, and the kids absolutely loved spending time at the lake. We appreciated being within walking distance to a great restaurant and just a short drive to Mackinac and other attractions. The board games and cards were a fun touch for our evenings together. It was also so nice to have basic amenities provided—and the extra snacks were a thoughtful bonus. Highly recommend!”
