“Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim.
First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you!
Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,...

“We loved our stay at this elegant apartment! It had everything our family needed for our one-week stay in St.Louis. It was clean and comfortable and felt like home away from home. We were happy to bring our newly adopted newborn baby there while waiting for the legal documents. Brandon was very good at communicating when we thought we needed to extend our visit and very flexible and kind when we ended up not needing to book extra days.
The neighborhood is super cute and safe to walk around for...
