“I'll be honest, this place doesn't leave the best first impression but it really grew on me after the first night and did become a cozy retreat after doing touristy things in STL. Has everything you need at a cheaper price than a hotel room, it's easy to get to the building, private parking spot, the buliding itself has a keypad entry so feels secure, nice neighborhood, and even has a small area out back for dogs. “Great property in a great location”

“Great historic Soulard neighborhood. Can walk to restaurants, coffee shops and bars for evening entertainment. Apartment is clean and cute with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. Joe was the perfect host, emailing to check on us and give suggestions on restaurants, etc. Definitely a great stay!”

“Very spacious apartment, honestly nicer than we expected from the listing. We were only in town for two nights but I would have loved to stay longer. The bathroom could maybe use some work but she has personality and does the job so I have no real complaints. Parking was a dream. Host was easily reachable, but I honestly didn't need to utilize that as everything was set up so well. Will absolutely be keeping in mind for any future visits to St. Louis. ”
