  • Located near Lakeside Marina and sits on the BIG waters of Lake Marion. This home is just 12 minutes east of I-95 and Santee. This large 2,500 sq. ft. 5 BR, 3 BA home is a beautiful property that can sleep 12 (2 Kings, 2 queens, 2 twins & 1 futon). You will enjoy the open living room/ kitchen/dining room floor plan. Screened porch with patio furniture and swing. Side deck has a gas grill. We have incredible water views and a level yard for easy access to the PIER and BEACH SWING. Central H/A, Washer & Dryer, Satellite TV, WiFI, Lighted dock. Sandy bottom swimming.

    Big water views but with boat protection from wave action.

    Picnic Table, hammock and chairs lakeside with a screened in porch that hosts outdoor dining. Our kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. Full-size washer and dryer available with linens and towels for the whole family. High-speed internet, children and infant friendly pack & play.

    Outdoor gas grill, 3 Kayaks and paddles & row boat on the property for your pleasure.

    Come and enjoy the lake as it was meant to be enjoyed. The sandy beach and dock is ready for your whole family and all your friends.

Fantastic Property

This is a great property on St. Julien Cove. It’s protected from the waves of the open water and has a wonderful view of the sunset. The property was clean and spacious with plenty of room to relax.

Extra nice place

All the comforts of home and then some. Nice waterfront area, large lawn, quiet surroundings, very spacious home in great condition, well equipped, very responsive property manager who is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Great choice for a family vacation!

Pros: great location, big selection of kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils, kayaks and water amenities were in useable condition and the house is about 15min from Santee. St Julian’s cove is large and easy to access and the house is right next to the lake and quick access to the boat channel. Con’s: all tvs need to be updated, they all rely on fire sticks and the living room wouldn’t connect at all, the grills were not useable either dirty or not functional. The master bedroom bed was rock hard and the thermostat upstairs must be on a schedule because it adjusted overnight to 82 degrees. The house was sort of clean when we arrived, the microwave and fridge were dirty but the rest of the house was ok. All of these are easily fixed and if the owners fix them, we would certainly stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful time. It worked well for our 4 families. Plenty of room for playing in the back yard, tying up multiple boats and ample parking. We really enjoyed the screen porch as well. Will definitely rent again.

Santee Lake House

Wonderful property for a fishing trip. Plenty of room for our three boat trailers including a covered car port that fit two of our boats at a time!

Beautiful and Clean house

The house and property was great for our family. It had plenty of space and was very clean. The property manager responded if I had any questions. I would definitely use this property again.

Everything is great a little this property. It’s large with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your time. The beach front has a lot of cypress tree needles and seeds so bring a small rake or water shoes. There are gators in the cove, just like any other body of water in this state, but they tend to avoid human interaction. Most are in the 3’-6’ length. The neighbors on the driveway side of the house can get loud at times on the weekends and their pets will roam over into the yard but they are mostly quiet during the week. I don’t fault them for enjoying their property but there will be times where your peace will be interrupted by their music or mowers or just hollering at their guests or animals.

The house was warm and welcoming. Thank you for sharing it with us. It was exactly as described and more. The house was spacious and accommodating. The kitchen had everything needed. The view of the lake was beautiful and delightful to wake up to every morning. Thank you for allowing us to make Thanksgiving 2025 memories to hold on too.

Family fishing trip

The house was beautiful. The neighborhood was very nice and we really enjoyed the dock and the lakefront view, but the fish did not bite at all this week.

Family Vacation

Great house for our family vacation-enough beds for heads. Great location on land and lake. Nice calm cove for kayaking while having a great view of the big lake. Water and electric on dock for boat. We plan in making another trip.
