“Perfect little cubby just on fringe of Iluka. Everything there you need. Loved it”

“Room (family room) was well equipped with lovely toiletries, toaster, kettle, glassware, cutlery and crockery along with a microwave. Comfy bed. The continental breakfast was in a beautifully appointed dining area and good choices provided. ”

“Front Desk are very helpful - I was a late check in, and arrangements were made in advance, and it was a very easy process. At the same time as I was checking in late, I saw Front Desk helping out another hotel customer who was a late check in due unexpected flight delay - they went out of their way to be helpful and supportive of the late arrival, and should be commended for that support”

“Stayed at the Ballina Byron Islander Resort while in town for a wedding. Rooms were spacious & clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would stay here again but would recommend you have your own transport as you are a bit out of the centre of town. Staff were very friendly & helpful especially Trudy on the front desk. ”
