“Terrible system. I called the day before to let the reception know that I would be doing a late check in and instead of adding the note the CANCELLED my whole reservation. I had two rooms booked and because of their bad management I had to find a room at 11.30 pm and cramp into 1 room instead of the 2 I had originally booked ”

“I booked a studio one king for two nights. But I was given a handicapped accessible room. It was very disappointing and nothing could be done since they were at full capacity. Someone certainly had to have reserved these rooms since all the others were already booked. I am asking for a future complimentary rebooking!!”

“The property was pet friendly. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I felt the breakfast choices needed to be a grade higher. But overall it was a very nice experience and we will be coming back!”
