“Terrible system. I called the day before to let the reception know that I would be doing a late check in and instead of adding the note the CANCELLED my whole reservation. I had two rooms booked and because of their bad management I had to find a room at 11.30 pm and cramp into 1 room instead of the 2 I had originally booked ”

“We had the spacious 2 br residence. We were in floor 2. Just know this unit is close to the intersection so you can hear all music and loud cars, I probably would have asked for a higher floor but we stayed only one night. They do give you ear plugs in tgr room so I guess this was the hint of things to come for the night. I used them and eventually went to sleep.
