“Booked as got stuck on the A303, nice staff, great breakfast and hard to argue with the price. My only minor criticism is being 6’3 the light they’d fitted to the single room was basically at face height so I cracked my head a couple of times getting in and out of bed. “It was not made clear to me that breakfast was not available. the stud walls around Room 3 allowed lots of noise from the toilet and showers pumps, the shower had no grab rails with that slippery floor. the toilet paper made for a contortionist and the double bed in the alcove between the front wall and chimney breast would be difficult for a couple in the night. although spotless I was not impressed and will not return.”

“We stayed in the garden suite. It was lovely. My only criticism would be that one of the legs on the futon in the living room area was broken. Our Daughter said the bed in the smaller bedroom wasn't very comfortable so we used spare duvets and a blanket to make it more comfortable. The small garden area was ideal for our dogs to be able to give them some space to toilet etc. The food in the pub was very nice, my only criticism would be the lack of vegetarian options. Overall we enjoyed our stay....
