“I will miss them and this place forever”

“We weren’t expecting luxury…it was a good price for a humble place to lay our heads for a couple nights. But the toilet needed to be flushed when we arrived and simple things weren’t provided - there was a coffee pot but no filters, we had to buy our own toilet paper because less than a full roll had been provided. When we needed other supplies, and requested help thru the apps the owner never responded.The internet worked fine and there were room darkening curtains, which we really appreciated....

“Overall I really loved this property. It was clean, the washer/dryer was very convenient. It had a coffee maker along with other appliances. The welcome snacks were also very convenient especially after a long trip. Communication was great and wifi worked very well. I would definitely recommend and return to this property.”

“Great place to stay. We saw a moose and baby cross right in front of living room window. Heated floor and towel warmer are a comfy treat. ”

“This was the perfect getaway for my partner and I. It was small but quite comfortable! We only used the shared bathhouse for restroom needs, which was clean for the most part but as the water was running, we did notice a sulfur smell. Not sure if this is normal for the area or for how the vacation homes are set up, but something to be aware of. Overall, it was a great experience and I also want to mention that the bed was THE most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on while on vacation! ”

“This is the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at, quality, host communication, amenities, everything. Becky really went above and beyond with this property, the history is incredible, it feels like a very special home where lots of precious family memories have been made (ours included). It was so cozy tucked away into aspen groves in the rolling hills outside of the city, but close enough to everything to make it convenient to get into town. “The tiny treehouse was a fun stay. I loved the hammock. That is a great touch. We didn't have a chance to use the hot tub or sauna, but its great that those are options. Devin was great to work with and is very accommodating. Easy check-in and convenient parking. I would definitely recommend staying here. I would stay here again if we return to Fairbanks.”
