“This home is located in the most beautiful area of Virginia- the mountains are breathtaking. Teresa was wonderful, she was more than accommodating and very responsive to a power outage we experienced. It rained the whole weekend, but it didn’t put a damper on our trip. “Cottage is as advertised plus more. Location was smack in the of attractions and restaurants. When asking questions the reply is quick. Cottage was clean and fully stocked. This was our first VRBO where coffee, sugar and cream was supplied so it was one less thing to pack for our trip. Bed was comfortable with enough blankets to bake under (we had to remove one of the comforter). If you forget any toiletries dont worry they have a basket of commonly used items. "Mi experiencia con este hotel no fue tan buena, en la publicación para uno hacer la reserva dice que se aceptan animales, hice la reserva por tres días, estuve viajando por 6 horas cuando llegué al hotel me dicen que no se aceptan gatos, cuando específicamente dice se aceptan animales, la señora me dice que aceptan solo perros, de hay me puse molesta por que en el anuncio tienen que ser más específicos. De hay me tuvieron como una hora hablaron con la manager y me dejaron entrar, las habitaciones huelen demasiado a perro! Y la piscina estaba súper súper sucia."
