“Seth was quick with and on time with all the house information. The home is in a nice neighborhood, a lot quieter than I expected. You can tell he is updating and adding things to make the home more comfortable for guests. We would stay here again the the time comes. Also, just a few blocks away is probably one of the best coffee shops, The Madison Place. And a few minutes away is Golden Hands Bakery, also top tier! ”

“This home was just as beautiful as it shows in the pictures, and also so comfortable! The beds and pillows were some of the best sleep I’ve gotten away from home. We stayed in this home with 2 families, including a 9 and 11 year old, and our 2 larger dogs. The kids loved having their own space in the basement, and the dogs loved the fenced in backyard. For anyone with a clever dog, it should be noted there is not a permanent gate over the driveway, but a temporary fence you can put up when you...

“This place was exactly what my wife and I were hoping for. While being so close to the city it did feel very secluded. We spent most of our time on the back deck and in the hot tub. It was a great experience.We also enjoyed the record player and small collection of vinyls as we got around each morning. The bed was very comfortable as well. We will book here again if it is available when we come back to Cincinnati!!Thanks for everything Adam!”

“We enjoyed so much about our stay and would be happy to rent this location again! The house has a great vibe and is well cared for. Excellent kitchen supplies - which was helpful since we like to cook. Spent a lot of time sitting on the deck side porch. The side porch was delightful on a rainy afternoon. We took lots of walks in the neighborhood, and one day drove 2 min to a Wasson Way trailhead for a longer walk. The driveway was steeper than I realized from the picture, which took some...
