“We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautifully landscaped, the house was super clean and cozy and had everything we needed, and Frank was the perfect host. We loved all of the interior repurposed wood accents and furniture. The house was close to Asheville as well as Chimney Rock and Black Mountain. Great location!”

“A large group of us stayed, 10 adults and 12 kids. We had a great stay! Everything was well laid out and thought out. We loved the movie room, the game room, the pool, the hot tub, and the morning light coming in over the mountains. Everything worked well, very clean and just overall great. Communication and information we great and clear. Would stay again!”

“this is a mountain retreat with a great view looking west and is in a secluded area but close to everything you need. there is a steep driveway to navigate, once you’re here it is very relaxing.”

“Private home, great for a large group. Dogs were permitted, which was a big plus for our family. Plenty of kitchenware to prepare meals. Outdoor BBQ had propane included. Hot tub was clean and ready to use.”

“The property was exactly as advertised & we couldn't be any happier with our stay! Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful & well appointed property. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable & located 10 minutes from Biltmore Estate. We highly recommend the property & owner.”

“Well situated and quiet, the “Rad Pad” was a nice respite at the end of each day from exploring Asheville. We would certainly come back!”

“Great, easy stay for a group of our friends coming to visit us in Asheville. It was conveniently close to our home, and everyone said the beds were super comfy.”
