Hermosa casa de campo Fairview

Me encanta el aspecto de casa de campo HGTV? A solo 15 minutos del encantador centro de Asheville, esta mini-granja se encuentra en 4 acres con vistas a la montaña, un pasto y un arroyo burbujeante. Esta casa rústica es como Chip y Joanna Gaines la renovaron con detalles en piedra, barco y pintura blanca fresca. El hogar de 1 nivel combina las actualizaciones modernas y el encanto de la cabaña de madera de castaño de 1860.


Tiene capacidad para 9 personas cómodamente y tiene un montón de espacio para comidas grandes, noches de juegos de mesa o películas acogedoras. Con 2 áreas para comer al aire libre y un fogón de losa, ¡podrá relajarse en la naturaleza! Las grandes paredes de piedra y el área cubierta con poste y viga lo convierten en un hermoso telón de fondo.



La gran sala y el comedor son un generoso espacio abierto adornado con claraboyas, ventanas grandes, techos altos y una espectacular chimenea con una estufa de leña Jotul.


Disfruta del pasto grande y plano con vistas espectaculares y pasea por Cane Creek. ¡Disfruta los huevos frescos de las gallinas en el gallinero!

Fabulous mountain retreat

We had the most comfortable stay in this beautifully appointed house. Our host was accommodating and outfitted the house with everything (and more) we could need to feel right at home - away from home. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Long Weekend

There were 5 women for a low key bachelorette weekend and this was the perfect location and place. Had a great fire outside, collected chicken eggs and walked the property. Just amazing! It’s also a great location to town and airport!

Straight up sanctuary

This property was absolutely amazing! The house was so cute and the property was beautiful the only complaint I have is that I could not stay there for longer in! I would absolutely recommend this place to anybody and everybody!

Great family weekend

We loved our stay. The house was well equipped and everyone felt comfortable. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard, watching the stream, and collecting eggs. The adults enjoyed the fire pit and multiple seating areas.

Girls Weekend

Stayed at this home with a group of girls this weekend. It is absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a good weekend getaway!

Exactly what we needed for an end-of-year get away

Our family of 5 had a great time at the Farmhouse. Exactly as advertised with everything you need. Super-responsive host. Was a great place for us to unwind, play games, and sit by the fire. Would love to come back again.

Great stay at perfect mountain property

This property was amazing and had everything. The kids loved the chickens and playing in the creek. It was also conveniently located only 20min from Asheville. The outdoor dining spaces and fire pits were so great. This is definitely a property we will be back to!

Everything about this property and our visit was spot-on amazing! Location is perfect for visits to surrounding attractions. The home is beautiful and full of charm. Great family or girl’s weekend getaway!

This property was beautiful and perfect for our girl’s weekend. I would love to come back with the family. The property is so peaceful and the home is gorgeous. We enjoyed the deck and sitting area with chandelier so much. Additionally, the property manager, Brandi, and the homeowner were so responsive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay there again.

Peaceful

What a wonderful property that was totally rehabilitated!! Far enough from town to get the peace of the mountains but close enough to make it easy to go and do all the fun Asheville adventures. The house and property were immaculate clean and so much care has been taken to stock the house with everthing you need for your stay. The curated furtniture inside and out have plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy nature with beautiful views from the main living area. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Gorgeous property!

This is a great place for families! We had 4 little kids and a baby between 2 families. All the kids and adults had a wonderful time exploring the property. The house is flawless. We had everything we needed. The location is good, close to hiking and great breweries. About 30 minute drive to so many other activities in the area. Would highly recommend a stay here!
