“Disappointed on arrival with an unserviced house. Bed unmade, towels on floor, and trash in rental unit all from previous renter. Notified host with no call back. Had to use ring camera on porch. After three calls on ring door bell, we finally had Jordan answer who was cold and short. We were told we could stay for the night free and sleep there. We stated we didn’t want to sleep on someone’s else’s sheets. Jordan cut my wife off and said ok they would refund us. Our main problem was the host...

Nice to have secluded back patio for evening cocktails, cards etc. The front area garden was delightful for morning coffee amidst butterflies. The location was ideal with a short walk to everything. This will be our “go to” when we come back to Laguna.”
