“Nicely renovated motel. Not cookie cutter! Furnishings are a mix of comfortable modern bed and small fridge + carefully selected vintage/upcycled finds. The room we were staying in had a lovely mid-century hutch. Comfortable and quiet. Appreciated having a bathtub vs just a shower. Friendly service. Will stay again.”

“Good walking distance from the main attractions, the hotel seems like it was slightly renovated compared to what is shown on the picture. The desk people were very kind. The room was clean, had a mini fridge and microwave, and beds were comfy. Very satisfied for the price paid. ”

“Nice economy room with modern fittings and comfortable beds. We all particularly liked the bed linens. The room was reasonably quiet considering the busy street it is on, but backing onto a park helps a lot. The downside was the bathroom, where the floor is a bit of a tile patchwork from recent repairs, and some amenities are a bit lacking: the mirror is very small, there are no towel bars, the door catches on the bath mat; nothing major, just a bunch of little things.”

“La calefacción no funcionaba bien y a veces calentaba y a veces no, en la noche la tuve que apagar por ruidosa. Cuando llegue temprano me cobraron 20 dolares para poder entrar antes a mi habitación aunque no hubiera nadie en el hotel.”

“The area around the hotel is a bit of an eyesore, and there was a slight lingering smell in the hallways, though the room was fine. Huge, clean and modern rooms, very nice. Definitely deserves its high rating overall, would return (though I'd like for them to identify what the smell in the hallways was and deal with it).”

“Our family of eight stayed here for six days. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The hosts are accommodating. However, the kids ran around from upstairs, even though it was quite late at night and we were trying to sleep in the lower level of the house. One of my relatives is handicapped and had difficulty going up the stairs because there was only one handrail for her to use, and she can only use one side of her body. Having handrails on both sides would be safest for anyone with mobility...
