De manera incoherente me contactan por otro medio preguntándome si ocuparía la reserva y ofrecen reagendar, respondí y hasta el momento no tengo confirmación. Solicito se verifique la posibilidad de reagendar para no perder el monto invertido en la reserva.”

“Our stay here was good. It was clean, roomy and the beds comfortable . The only thing I wonder about is their request that we strip the beds and fold the used sheets and blankets and leave on the bed. It was not a cheap place to rent and wondered why that was our responsibility and not the cleaning staff. And why did we need to fold them when I assume they would be laundered. That was the only negative comment I have.”

The unit we stayed in was mostly clean but sparse (i.e. 2 towels for 4 people) and there were insufficient bed linens. I was informed guests often bring their own linens; however, I shouldn't have to fly across the country with bedding for 4 people, that just doesn't make sense.
