“Our first thought when we opened the door was “wow!” The apartment is near the top of the mountain and the view is amazing. The space is clean and bright and has everything you need, including a guide to the area, which was incredibly helpful. There is excellent hiking very nearby as well. If I could rate this 11/10, I would! ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, which made it easy to relax. One of the highlights was the beautiful back patio—perfect for morning coffee while listening to the birds chirping. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, with clear instructions provided ahead of time. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook a few meals during our stay. Overall, a peaceful and comfortable retreat—we’d definitely come back!”

“The location is excellent: close enough to downtown Anchorage but far enough away to be on the edge between suburban and rural. The bedrooms are small, but the large beds are more appreciated than more floor space would be! The kitchen, dining area, and living room are well-apportioned and comfortable. Shauna and Kirk were very accommodating and responsive to messages.”

“Beautiful clean home. Extremely comfortable. We had 6 adults (3 couples) and everyone loved the home. It was nice for everyone to have their own bathroom. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. Great location. There is a grocery store around the corner with a coffee bar and walking distance to downtown. ”
