“We were pretty disappointed with the service at the Bistro. It took far too long to get our breakfast, the kitchen seemed unable to meet the requests of the guests in an efficient manner & were running out of key ingredients. We asked for brown bread which they were out of, then it was sausage & bacon, then they couldn't find the decaf coffee, they were out of fruit, etc., etc.
The key pads to the room would work one minute then not the next minute.”
