“The cottage is small and cozy but well appointed. It is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood close to shops, restaurants and hiking trails. I would definitely consider staying there again if I go back to Sedona.”

“We had a last minute trip for the 4th come up and we got VERY lucky to find this gem of a house on such short notice! I had some questions and reached out to the owners prior to booking and they were extremely accommodating and responded within a timely manner and we were able to book it. They were responsive and helpful prior and during. We loved the concept and the unit was clean and had everything you would need. The neighborhood is beautiful and the people that live there are very friendly....

“The house came equipped with everything we needed for a quiet weekend getaway. We chose the location also as it was midway between Jerome and Sedona, and we were able to bring out dog along with us. We did notice some scorpions by the hot tub, so be careful going barefoot outside.Overall great experience. ”

“I can’t say enough about this lovely little home. Its location was perfect for short trips to Sedona, Jerome, Camp Verde, Cottonwood, etc. It felt like home, so comfortable. Our host, Colleen, was friendly and easily accessible for any questions we had. My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful getaway for my birthday weekend; Verde Railroad trip, quaint restaurants and shops. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.”
