“We really enjoyed our stay. The host stopped by to make sure we were settling in okay and then was available if we needed them (which we didn't, as all was in order). The place as perfect for us. Although it was on 89A, the house was quiet and the view of the Red Rocks spectacular. There was a welcome book that included useful maps, suggestions for hike, a park hang tag, and other local information. There were great restaurants within walking distance and Uptown Sedona was a short (3 mile)...

“Everything about this rental was perfect from start to finish. Jon and Rachelle's pre-stay communications were friendly and clear, so check-in was easy and straightforward. The location was exactly what we hoped for -- within very easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The place is a comfortable one-bedroom apartment with a large kitchen/dining room/living room space. It's wonderfully appointed, and it was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We couldn't recommend it more highly.”

It was amazing!! And the stars at night……this place was awesome! If we go back to Cottonwood, we will make sure we stay here again!!”
