“They didnt have a room for me due to a fire, and I was stuck paying for an expensive uber to get there to be turned away. I then had to find another last minute place to stay hours before my plane home. All hotel prices were jacked up to 3x the price it would have been when I originally booked. No one gave me any notice that there would be no room ahead of time. I was extremely frustrated and broke down after a weary day of travel. I thought I was going to have to just spend the night homeless...

“Exactly as described appointment. parking in back was convenient. The system that gives check in info had a problem but I got a response right away and a new link that worked. The only other issue was the WiFi never connected. Wasn't a big issue for me so I didn't contact anyone about it.”
