“Beautiful property excellent location- just as advertised and very comfortable. Note that there are no cooking basics in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil) which made cooking hard without buying a lot of supplies. ”

“Location is amazing as the house overlooks nice beach with areas for surfers and swimmers. The area is not crowded as there is limited parking in the area. We’ve had plenty of space even for volleyball net. The house was recently remodeled to a very high standard. We’ve enjoyed all recent updates as one of the first guests. “Great location near the pier in Capitola. Quick walk to beach. Everything you need from umbrellas, towels, beach wagon, beach chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked to prepare meals. Also appreciated the granola bars; Having a garage was really handy as parking is difficult in Capitola. We were there with my daughter and 2 of her besties for an early 16th bday surf trip. “Neat, clean comfortable, well appointed kitchen, good facilities. A little issue gaining access due to a VRBO glitch so check with the Host to see that has been resolved but I would rent this place again. Minimal "check out" requirements appreciated. ”

“Living room on the small side. Wish we could access the beach, without having to climb the wall. Would have been nice to have more coffee cups and dishes, as we had to rewash them several times. We enjoyed the fresh ocean air without a doubt. The bathrooms were nice. It would have been nice to have stair railings on both sides instead of only one. Great that the unit was near the end of the row of townhouses, as we for the most part had not many cars next to us. ”
