“We had a great stay! Owner easy to communicate with. Check in and out all remote. The home was clean, updated, spacious and perfect for a family. Plenty of clean Linens and towels! Plenty of parking. The location in bayview can’t be beat. Loved having access to the pools and ability to use the golf cart provided by the property! Close to the family pool with splash pad for kids and a playground. Perfect for families! Definitely will be staying again in the future. If you have small children...

“Great location. Plenty of room for the family. Unfortunately the bottom shower had mildew in it all along the bottom and shower curtain that we cleaned before using, bottom bathroom door hinge is broken,most of the sliding doors did not lock properly, and carpet is in need of replacement. With three levels of living space, no vacuum- only one old broom. No outside hose to clean off with before entering the property.”

“Despite tropical storm Ophelia, we had a great stay! We loved being in the middle of Lewes and close to so many fun things! The house was clean, the owners were quick to respond and troubleshoot any issues, and the location was perfect! We visited many of our favorite breweries— all less than a 20 minute ride. We would stay here again! Thanks for a fun weekend!”

“I used to live in The Palms so it was a no brainer to rent a place when I had to work in the area for a month. The condo was great, clean and quiet. Just a couple of small things. I know Rehoboth but for those who don’t an updated info folder would be great. The dryer did take multiple cycles to dry stuff but I had read this in a previous review so was prepared and I hang dry most stuff so I bought a drying rack. Loved my time there and made me miss my old place.”

“Stayed 2 very peaceful nights at this very clean and well furnished home. We found the beds nicely firm. There were sufficient outlets to charge our electronics and we appreciated the coffee supplies. We didnt cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked. This is a cozy, comfortable place. The only challenge is that the bathroom is a single step up. This didnt work well for one in our party but for the rest of us it was fine.”

“Had a wonderful impromptu getaway. We weren’t sure if we wanted to be closer to the ocean or on the bay. Hands down the screened in porch to hang out and watch the bay with our coffee and the sunset while playing games was absolutely what we wanted. The home had everything we were looking for/needed inside. Only thing that was awkward for us was having to bring towels and linens- I’ve never been requested to do that and had to find some xl twin sheets via friends. We are already making plans for...

“We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in Fenwick at this dog friendly beach home. We were able to spread out in the four bedrooms and three decks but also enjoyed meals together on the deck and game night at the dining table. The kitchen was well stocked as was the garage. Lots of boogie boards and deck furniture. The best parts are the immediate access to the beach and the walkable/bikeable neighborhood. The vacation rental group is easy to work with and keyless entry was a breeze. Great...
