“We enjoyed our stay in Berlin, Md. The location was perfectly located between Assateague Island and OCMD. The house was clean and well maintained. We did have to call to get the unit number and it was a little confusing finding the place at first. The community and amenities were very nice and also well maintained. “Check in was easy and the host was responsive to any questions. They also gave us great information about local amenities, provided parking permits for Rehoboth and had beach chairs and umbrella that we were welcomed to. Wi-fi access was great. “ Property was clean. Food Lion is right down the street & Walmart isnt too far either for groceries. Outdoor space was my favorite place to relax after the beach/boardwalk. We bought a deck of cards to play. My recommendation is if staying with kids, bring board games. They have Roku tvs in each room and outside but board games would have been fun to play as a family.”

“Absolutely stunning property inside and out. This home is a 10 out of 10 for me. The accessories were ALL there. From the outside showers to having additional beach stuff available for our use to having everything anyone could want to use in the kitchen to cook if you desire to do so. I would stay at this location again and again and again. And I can only say this about this property and I have used vrbo many times. Thank you Alex and family it was wonderful. ”
