A very roomy and beautiful home. It had some very interesting art work throughout the home. It was very clean and had many extra things you might need for your vacation. There was also plenty of toys and games for the kids on the beach and inside the house.

This was PERFECT for our gathering of nerds and theater kids. Susie was such a lovely host, the house was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed ourselves. we'll be back!

Wonderful Family Retreat- Everything We Had Hoped For!

We had such a wonderful experience at this beautiful home! We were looking for a place to host our large family with a range of ages and we couldn't believe when we found such a perfect spot! The separate kitchens allowed each little family to have some personal space but the big great room on the top floor allowed for large family gatherings and visiting! The elevator allowed our senior family members to come and enjoy the house as well. The house was clean, well-stocked, right near the beach, and the hosts were so easy to work with! Highly recommend staying here! We hope to be back next summer!

Cousins Reunion

After 20 years in the making we were finally able to get our cousins together. The layout of the property was perfect. The space was beautiful and the short walk to the beach was perfect. There were 24 of us and not once did it feel crowded. In fact you were able to walk throughout the house and visit and find groups hanging out conversing. All the kitchens were perfect and the upper floor space accommodated us all for dinner easily. The entire property was very clean and well organized. We had 11 cars and with planning, the available parking easily accommodated all the cars What a great property for our reunion.

Best of Everything!

We travel with 15 people. This property allows all of us to live together with absolutely NO drama. Separate suites make privacy easy! Huge family area makes game time a breeze! Large eating area make ordering crabs fun with an easy clean up! There is a top deck that gives a perfect view to spectacular sunsets. Every amenity has been thought out and put into play. Outdoor shower and hose makes sure there is no sand in the house. What can you say about a 12-person hot tub..Awesome! The owner is a breeze to work with. We plan on being regulars every year!

Girls weekend

Our stay could not have been anymore perfect, we had a large group of ladies for a girls weekend away. It’s so hard to find a house that can accommodate our large group and everyone had a bed! Susie, the owner was absolutely amazing, before, during, and with the check out process. I highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed, we certainly will be back!

BEST SUMMER RENTAL!

The Fenwick Island Time house was absolutely perfect in every way imaginable! It had so much room for our group of 26, with 3 separate suites, with each one having their own kitchen, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms. Each bedroom was occupied, but the house is so big, we never felt crowded. And there was so much for the kids to do from playing pool and ping pong, to taking a dip in the hot tub, to walking 2 blocks down the street to mini golf and go karts! We were only a super short walk to and from the beach and was able to order in 2 out of the 3 nights from restaurants right there! The owner was fantastic and answered all of our questions. This was such a good weekend getting to catch up with friends of 30 years, while our kids all got to hang out together. Perfect house and perfect location!

Fantastic beach house for large family

We spent a terrific week at the Fenwick Island Time house. There were 16 of us and the house provided wonderful group space for dining and games and also lots of private areas to give everyone a chance for private time. Of course, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and lots of parking spaces too. The house is just a short walk to the beach, and it was nice to have all the beach paraphernalia provided. Even bikes! With a rooftop deck for sunning and screened porches for lounging, there really was a place for everyone to relax in their own way. The only drawback is a bit of street noise but it wasn't extreme. Great house!

Fenwick Island great family vacation

The house was beautifully and practically designed and furnished. It had plenty of parking and living, cooking, eating, and sleeping space. 10 adults and 12 children fit quite comfortably. The layout made it easy to keep the house clean and tidy, and allowed our four children and their families to function as private groups when preferable. It was so comfortable and stress free to for our family!

Family of 28!

Great property and trip - lots of space to spread out! Teens loved the hot tub and pool table. Short walk to pizza, ice cream, mini golf. House is on main road so front bedrooms can be loud. No direct path to beach, but about a 5 minute walk. Beach was busy, but we definitely had space and room. Lifeguards were great. Lots of the kitchen stuff had migrated upstairs so it was a constant game of find the kitchen gadgets. Owners were easy to contact and very responsive - quickly dealing with an issue with one of the refrigerators. Great time - our first family get together since precovid!

Great for family get together

The house is clean and spacious and huge. Easy communication with owner, check in, etc. Everything works great. We loved the multiple hang out spaces-- having three kitchens, living rooms, decks, etc and the short walk to the beach. Loved that there are bikes and boogey boards and a beach cart. Location is right on Coastal Highway, which is a busy road. Plenty of parking. Another major plus was an elevator for the grandparents. Great for our multi-generational get together.

A Little Slice of Paradise

This property is beautiful! Everything you could possibly need for a week at the Ocean was there! Even BIKES!! The Hot Tub is amazing. Parking was Great! The main floor dining area has a table that accommodated our 15-person family plus 2 friends. Crabs and Games were totally enjoyed there. The elevator makes moving in and out a breeze! Communication with the owner was so friendly. We have already booked our next year trip!

We Loved this Place!!!!

We had a family reunion for my Dads memorial. The house layout allowed for sll of us to be together in the top floor great room while the rest of the house allowed space for each family unit to chill if they wanted to get away. And 3 kitchens was amazing to have. Everything was well stocked and in great condition. Location couldn’t be better!!

Fantastic house, great host

We stayed at the house for a long weekend to celebrate the mutual birthday for me and my brother with some of our family. We had a great time. The house is extraordinary. Easily comfortable for 3 full sized families, and able to be quarantined off to provide privacy with a great mingling area on the top floor. 3 full sized kitchens, huge hot tub. Right by the beach and located in a nice, clean, and quiet location. Mike the host was a pleasure to deal with, answering lots of my questions until I found the house guide which had most of them answered (my oversight!). The carpet had been professionally cleaned and the house was in great shape. Would highly recommend, especially for large families!

Soccer weekend

The place was awesome, and everyone had plenty of space. We had a soccer tourney at Northside Park, so it wasn't far from anything that we needed. The place was clean, and was missing nothing. Would love to check it out in the summer time. Thanks for letting us stay there!

Super Bowl weekend away

The owners of this beautiful home clearly take a lot of pride in providing a hassle-free experience with one-of-a-kind accommodations for an extended, family gathering.
