“We had a wonderful stay with our 2 friendly and excellent hosts who did everything to make us feel at home. We had a rainy few days but the very beautiful outdoor area had enough cover for us to sit outside, which we appreciated. ”

“My neice found this accommodation for us, not far from where she lives. She liaised with the site and Property Manager. It was very convenient for us in that regard. Stairs a bit of a problem for 2 women over 70 and their luggage!! The windows in the back bedroom rattled very badly... this needs attention. Thank you.”

We arrived at the apartment address advertised only to find a derelect block of units completely rundown and not inviting at all. We had no idea which unit number it was anyway. I called to let "Stayz" know and they could not contact the host either. We were left with nowhere to stay and are waiting for a...

“Staying here was like having a home away from home. Everything you could think of was supplied and it was such a lovely quiet spot to stay in the suburbs. Would recommend this house to anyone wanting a relaxing place to holiday.”

“An attractive, comfortable, secure, quiet place in a great location. The space has been thoughtfully decorated and feels like a home. The king bed in the main room was very firm, which I happen to like. We ate in as the kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. Would recommend. ”

“It was an awesome apartment and a great place to stay. The only downside was check in. It was difficult to find somewhere to park to go inside to get the key. The instructions said to dial a number to gain access to the building but no one answered. Luckily someone exited while I was trying to enter. My family had to drive around the block several times before I got the key to the parking area. Other than that it was an awesome stay in a great location. Check out was a bit easier.”

“Was very impressed with property, location, onsite amenities and provision of basics (such as salt, pepper, cooking utensils, laundry detergent etc). Scarborough has a relaxed vibe and property was easy walk to cafes, pubs, restaurants and beach. Can’t fault at all and would come back in a heartbeat.”

“Beautiful property within walking distance to the beach as advertised. Has everything you need. Ceiling fan in bedroom and stand up fan in living room were fab as we had to request air con. We were in Oz during 30 degree summer heat and as the air con was controlled by the owner in the main house, we were unable to keep it on, or adjust temperature and power levels. Would be absolutely perfect otherwise. ”
