“The after hour check-in is not recommended for travelers coming with long-haul flight, you may not get a room once you arrive unless you have asked them to verify your arrival time and scheduled a check-in to best your knowledge. Make sure you can call a local phone to reach the management. If not, they may charge your credit card for the entire stay, without a refund, and not let you have the room you already paid for.”

Reception staff were attentive and helpful. Housekeeping found a phone charger in our room after we checked out and we were contacted the same day with an offer to post it to us.
