“This was an amazing hotel with amazing staff! It was an easy check in and staff's customer service sets the bar high! They're very attentive when you need something. For example, whenever I'd ask for water refill, they will have a staff bring it in as soon as I get to my room. Security deposit is 3000 php which isn't too bad, but just to keep in mind when you want to spend there :P The breakfast is around 500 php per day, but luckily we wanted to try the street/authentic foods outside! The joy...

“Vault /safe should be in safe place not nearby the door and it should be imstalled not movable that safe to put important document or valuable. The water supply in each floor is not supplied well The pillow is not comfortable to use and have a good rest and sleep. Overall.i will not book this hotel in the future”

“The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. The location is also great as it is inside the mall. However, multiple electrical outlets didn't work and the toilet didn't always work. Nevertheless, I would still recommend if you need a clean and well located hotel to stay while in Quezon City”

“室内は広く、清潔で快適に過ごせました。ケソン・メモリアル・サークルへのアクセスも良く、早朝のジョギングを楽しめました。シャワーの使い方がよくわからず、初日のみ水シャワーでしたが、その後は操作の仕方を習得し、お湯シャワーを使うことが出来ました。排水も水圧も問題なしです。住所の表示が、近くの他のホテルを示している為、Grabを利用すると近くのホテルが降車・乗車ポイントでした。コンビニエンスストアが近くにあり、便利でした。”
