“1. They don't provide extra toilet paper for the bathroom, even for long stays. 2. You call the host, but she doesn't answer or return calls. 3. The photos of the common area are from a different building. I rented thinking I would be in the building with the Palace bar, but they sent me to a different building. 4. The elevator never works. 5. A lot of light comes into the room. 6. The receptionist didn't even respond when I said "good afternoon," very rude.”
