“We had a spectacular time in a wonderful rental. Everything was perfect. The unit was super clean and i loved the privacy, yet so close to restaurants and shops. We went to the small bar across the street a lot and loved having the small grocery store next door. They had everything we needed.”

“The property was very well kept. We felt safe with a security gate with a code and a code for your door. It was very clean I am not a bug person and you can tell they had no problems with bugs. The Island’s electric went out and she kept me well informed. My hair dryer was broke and before I could turn around I had a new one. They are very well managed. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.”

“The location was perfect for our stay, and the cottage itself was very cute and appeared clean. We really enjoyed our time there. The only drawback was a strong musty smell in both the upstairs and downstairs rooms. While there were humidifiers running, the odor was still noticeable.”

“Really nice property just as the photos had everything we needed, great surroundings with character the pool area was perfect and well kept a very relaxing and friendly environment . The attached history to the Conch Republic was very interesting and maintained. Communications with Roberta were again very easy and in a timely & friendly manner Easy walk to Duval st and other attractions. All in all a great place to stay and would highly recommend ”

“The living room furniture and mattresses are not the most comfortable. Worn. Mattresses in small bedroom need replacement. Air conditioner does not reach small bedroom. ”

“The unit had fun and stylish decor. Bed was comfy and I’m picky. The steeps are a challenge- always forgetting there is one more step. Was concerned about the noise in the back from a restaurant or bar- but when doors closed you can’t hear it. And there is no noise later in the evening. One suggestion- some nightlights for the night for Safety. We will be back. Great experience ”
