“Beautiful peaceful home! Cant complain about our stay other than late night critters (rats, possums and raccoons) in the tropical patio area. Along with not being able to communicate to anyone until day before the trip. I had tried communicating via VRBO about a month prior and couldn't get a response or phone call back. Texting the number finally worked! Once we connected, they allowed us to check in early and leave later due to our flight schedule. ”

“Whoever owns this unit actually cares. You can tell they want guests to feel like they got more than the average vacation rental. So many little details like the plush towels and the NEW and beautiful linens and furniture. It felt like we were the first people to ever sleep here even though we weren’t. (It was just that clean.) the photos don’t do it justice it is absolutely breathtaking. ”

“The stay at Parrot Bay was excellent. Plenty of room the location is close enough to all the night life but far enough to maintain tranquility! The property has all of the amenities you could desire. The beds however, could use a little upgrading. Loud squeaky frame and a dip in the mattress. If you are a picky about you sleep this may be difficult for you. ”

“Everything we could ask for and more. we stayed for a long weekend be fore a busoness conference in Orlando. The condo is exactly as pictured. What made it even better were the thoughtful little touches - a welcome gift bag, a basket of necessities such as sunscreen and bug spray, more necessities in the bathroom including personal items like swim diapers. Highly recommend and we hope to be back soon!”
