“Private home, great for a large group. Dogs were permitted, which was a big plus for our family. Plenty of kitchenware to prepare meals. Outdoor BBQ had propane included. Hot tub was clean and ready to use.”

“How this property ever got numerous 10 stars is beyond my comprehension; very obviously fake reviews. The shower floor was nasty. There was what appeared to be black mold under kitchen sink. Floors were uneven and sinking in spots. Roof covered with tarp. Walls were particle board and mismatched pieces of scrap wood. Overall, we had to question the integrity of the home. Owner did not sent check- in info on day of until we called an hour after check-in time. Left shortly after seeing the place....

“Cozy place with a fenced yard for the dogs. Close to everything”

“I had a great stay with my family. Would stay there again!”

“This property was accurately described. Many times we spend the first day going out buying items that we need for our stay besides groceries. Everything was here! Nice design as well. Parking for more than 2 cars requires some coordination. The neighbor was very nice and it’s so quiet and peaceful here.”

“This was a great place to stay! Within a 20-minute drive of major landmarks such as the Biltmore and the Blue Ridge Mountain Parkway! Definitely wanting to come back here at some point!”

“Very nice accommodations. Clean environment. Very comfortable bed. Nice double vanity sink for couples. Full size shower with extra linens closet. Nice porch for outdoor R&R. Communication with host was fast and friendly. Anytime we needed anything host was accommodating. Appreciated the chalk board welcoming us with our name.I will definitely keep in mind for any future Asheville stays.”

“This was a last minute booking since we lost another property. This was beyond what was stated and we loved every minute of our trip! Super clean, secluded property. So much space for our 7 adults and 9 children (ages 4-17). Kitchen has everything that you need. Pool area is awesome for hanging out. Lots of activities in the house for all ages. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Host was amazing when we reached out. I would recommend this place to everyone.”

“Fantastic property. Super clean and the hosts were communicative and helpful. We will stay here again. Thanks!!”

“This is a. Older home with updates. The kitchrn Is an awesome remodel. Only has a large couch which was Comfortable the rest of furniture are wood chairs. The bed was too soft for us. Very nice and quiet neighborhood and the house was clean. Would recommend this place for a short stay. Large back porch and screened in fence for dogs. Big refrigerator too with ice maker. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. There is a carport to park in and 2 comfy chairs on front porch. Large TV also...

“We had the most wonderful stay at this property. Our dog enjoyed the yard, we enjoyed the hot tub and close proximity to Brevard, Hendersonville and DuPont national park. If there is anything negative to say about the property it would be the lack of blinds in all the rooms and the bed was pretty hard. It wasn’t enough to make us not want to stay again. The place was super clean and had everything that we would need.”
