“After I booked the room, I rang twice to check that the room was on the ground floor & both times not answered, so I left a written message with the booking & got no reply…….not a good start! On entering the room it looked very tired, badly needs renovating. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, the tap in the hand basin was so loose it nearly fell off when I turned it on. “We were in room #7 and it’s a really good one to choose. It’s one of their bigger rooms and has a beautiful chesterfield couch in it. Parking was undercover in the shade, the room was spotless and the whole ‘vibe’ of the place was so relaxing. The managers, Mick & Erin, were the nicest people….so friendly and helpful. We loved chatting to them. We would highly recommend staying here!”
